Overview of call was helpful and learned a bit about the company before diving into my background. Appreciated the transparency in the call. Recruiter then asked me a handful of questions about my background.
3 round interview process. FIRST IS WITH RECRUITER THEN HR ASSISTANT THEN SUPERVISOR. It's pretty standard but its too many interviews for the role. in my opinion. i just need to reach word count as this point.
The interview was short, which was nice. We went to the office in the back and I sat with the manager who asked me about previous experience, what I was currently doing, and what my long term plans were. We had friendly discussions and went over expectations for the job in terms of pay, hours, etc. When I was done, we talked about when I could potentially start, and heard back within a week.
