Interview
Simple, good first job for high school or part time college kids. Cashier and photo are usually trained first. May ask some questions above high school experience but are pretty relaxed on hiring youth. They accept high school experiences as relevant experience to questions. Respect under 18/21 laws applicable. Usually start just above minimum.

Interview
The interview took about 10 minutes, and it was done in the office by the store manager. They were desperate for employees, so it was quick and easy. I was asked a few questions read off of a sheet.

Very through, they asked many open ended questions. The answers required deep thought. There were many steps to the interview. Drug testing, background check. There were 2 sets of interviews. Very outstanding chain to work for
