I was asked a question about whether or not I gossip. I answered honestly (No. I've always been a quiet person who minds their own business). A few minutes later the interviewer started telling me about an employee who she sees in another store whenever she goes secret shopping (part of her job where she evaluates employees in other stores). She complained to me about the other employee and how he would not greet her and then proceeded to tell me that she did not believe I would be able to greet customers. I assured her I could. The entire experience was uncomfortable and awkward. I felt bad for the employee who she was bad mouthing since they couldn't defend themselves and I didn't understand why she was talking about another employee to me.
Overall, she ended up coming across as unprofessional and I left uncomfortable.
The interview consisted entirely of questions she read from a printed out packet. Felt like I was being interviewed by a robot who hated me from minute one. There were about 30 questions. Some were the same question rephrased. Most were in the form of: "Describe a scenario in which ..." It felt like a waste of time considering I answered the same questions in the form of an online quiz I had to take prior to being able to schedule an interview.
