I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walgreens (Newark, NJ) in Oct 2011
Interview
Interviewed by 2 store managers. Asked standard questions. Relatively easy process. They painted a realistic picture of what the job would be like for the most part, but nothing like what the reality would be like. Retail environment is not for everyone.
The managers that interviewed me were well respected in the area they worked and have a lot of experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walgreens (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2014
Interview
My interviewer basically read off some behavioral questions from a sheet of paper asking me what I'd do in certain situations. Explained to me that I would have to fill many different shoes and that I should be open to different types of work.
