very informal. asks a couple of basic questions like where you worked before. it all depends on which manager you get the interview with. not stressful. will hire you that day and you have to go take a drug test within a time frame.

Really just wanted to know about my personal life and why them it's a good idea to look at the wall in the office if they have lots of pics of family and vacation your boss likes to travel and is a family man/women so go with that when your asks about your personal life
