I applied online, got a call a few days later, then had a short phone interview. After that, I went in for a quick in-person interview focused on customer service.

I had a pre-interview with a third-party. This pre-interview was before I talk to the recruiter. This was a difficult conversation due to the language barrier, he basically read through my resume and then asked me to repeat everything on there. I have been unemployed due to my previous employer downsizing. The interviewer asked me why I was looking for a job, not once, but twice!
Interview process was great all online interviews, except communication dwindled. They were not communicative and was hard to reach out the right people. Overall questions were very behavioral and targeted toward the job descriptions.
