They care mostly about availability and they don’t really look at your experience. They ask questions about you on what would you do situations which they are easy. It’s a pretty smooth process.

Interview
Two managers asked me a few questions. Some were about myself and a few questions about standard behavior interview questions. They gave me 3 different scenarios regarding customer service and how i would react. The next step was testing on a computer of basic math skills and a drug test. The entire hiring process took about 3 weeks.
