I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walgreens (Columbia, MD) in Nov 2014
Interview
It was a behavioral interview based on many situations with how you manage team members. There were also questions on customer service skills and training situations that you had with team members.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had difficulty communicating a task with a team member.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walgreens (Mobile, AL) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview was very professional but they also made it very fun. I was slightly nervous so they helped loosen me up with some jokes and I could already tell that I would love the job. Before the interview was over, the manager told me I was hired. They make me feel like I'm part of their huge family.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation with an angry costumer?
I applied online for the position and was contacted by a recruiter via email. We set up a time to discuss the position, however, I needed to move it two days later due to a scheduling conflict at my current employer. The recruiter rescheduled the interview and said it was not a problem. The day of the interview, I received no call, so I emailed one hour later to check in on the call. The recruiter did not reply and I emailed the following week to follow-up, to which the recruiter told me to check my spam for a generated email. Since we were communicating, it would have been nice for the recruiter to tell me directly that they already found a candidate, rather than hiding behind a generated email template. very unprofessional.
