I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walgreens (Fountain Hills, AZ) in Sep 2013
Interview
Apply on line, I found going into the store to introduce myself to management sped up the process. Personally I did very well on the online survey portion so they sent me right to the interview, but usually I believe you take a skills assessment first. You sit with whomever is in charge of hiring for the interview and have a chat with all your basic questions, can take awhile if the store is busy. They told me I would likely be hired after the interview, but expect a call back soon regardless.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Walgreens (Tucson, AZ) in Apr 2013
Interview
Promoted through the Community Management Internship summer program. Interview for that position was nearly identical to the ASM-T Interview from what I heard. Asked typical behavioral questions, nothing out of the ordinary.

Question 1
Nothing unexpected. Typical behavioral questions you'd find in any hourly position interview.
Very standard. Nothing out of the ordinary. You have to do part of the application process online then go to any store near you to complete the process on one of their computers. After a couple of days dress nice and walk in to each Walgreens in your area and ask to see the manager. Explain you completed the application process and ask if they have pulled your resume. Usually they haven't even though they may have positions available.
