They put on an act like they are really interviewing people, but it is all about who you know and who you would get on your knees for.

The interview process was a little weird, I came into the building went to the front and said I have an interview and said who it was with after asking a few people including some in management I was told to wait in a certain area. And because of the lack of communication within the company I was waiting on one side of the building while my interviewer was on the other side and it wasn't until about 45 min to an hour did the employees realize that we were waiting for each other. After that, the interview its self was ok, it was kind of a hectic place for an interview.
