Walgreens interview questions

I applied online. I received no calls after a month. Although my application stay on file for 90 days, I applied online again, did a walk in to see the pharmacy manager; the hiring manager; completed the 2nd part of my application; and gave them my cover letter, resume, reference letters, certificate and license. 2 days after I did another walk in to see the store manager and luckily he was there. I felt out of luck because all 3 of them (pharmacy manager, hiring manager, n store manager) told me there's no openings and that all of the positions are filled. However, when I met with the store manager he did interviewed me on the spot, printed out my application and told me to hang in there because I was an applicant he didn't want to lose. THE NEXT DAY, I received a text about my application. I gave the store manager a call and he told me I was hired! First thing's first, the background check and the drug test then next will be training then after I will be working full time. My advices to any applicant who is applying at Walgreens, don't put your hopes down and keep on applying. Although, they may have mentioned there's no openings show them that you're the best candidate to fill any positions, show them that you're still interested, dress professionally when meeting them and turn in your cover letter, resume, any reference letters, certificate and license. Although, those things are not required to be turned in, it'll boost up your status as an applicant. This will make you out shine other applicants. Don't forget to shake their hand and introduce yourself. Advice that the store manager gave me "Be persistent." He said the key to the door was to "be persistent". Walgreens is a great place to work at with great benefits!
