Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions in the initial interview were short and to the point: Why do you want to work here, and what kind of work are you looking for. Test on computer was some math and scenarios. Interview questions were also looking for values, how you have handled certain situations.

Interview
I applied online and was then invited to visit one of the stores to finish the application on sight. In less than a week I received a phone call and had scheduled the interview. I had the opportunity to talk with the store manager and the pharmacy manager during the interview. They used a combination of guided questions and random questions. After the drug and background test I was training and working.

Interview
I initially applied for the Business Management Internship. The Community Manager brought me in to say that the program wouldn't begin until the spring of 2013. He said that if I wanted something more immediate, I should consider a shift lead position and then continue with my application for the BMI program; that way I would have about 6 months of experience on top of those applying to the BMI program next year. I had to officially apply for the shft lead position and about four days later, I got an email with the job offer. It helped that I had some retail experience as well as a Bachelors degree.
