The ask you general info about your self, if you speak Spanish is a plus. The interview was really nice. The where to parts, the first one is basically an intro about the position and the second part is about explaining your experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your experience?
You like working at nights?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Walgreens (Chesapeake, VA) in Feb 2024
Interview
I applied online and was called about 4 days later by a manager. They asked if I could reapply using a different job number and that they would call me back to set up an interview. I did as they asked and two weeks went by without a call. I called and asked if they were still interested in me and they said yes but that they would have to call me back. Another week and no call. I called again and they said their computers were down and they would call me the next day. Another week goes by without a call. I call them back again on several occasions and they finally set up an interview about a week later. The interview was set almost seven weeks after I put in my original application. Two days before my interview I had a family emergency. I called and asked if I could reschedule the interview and they said they would have the manager call me later that day. Nobody called me. I called again the next morning and spoke with someone in the pharmacy. I explained my situation and once again she said she would have the manager call. Again I was ghosted. The day of my interview I called again but was put on perpetual hold. I had to hang up. An hour after my interview was supposed to be I received an email saying Walgreens declined my application. Clearly the manager that I was supposed to interview with never even got the message. I spent two months of trying to communicate with management and always being promised they would get back to me. So glad I didn't end up working there. I can only imagine how messed up that location is.
Short interview, not many questions asked of me, mostly about my college experience and classes that I had taken in my studies. Not too serious or in depth questions needed
