Interview
I had a total of three interviews: two of which were phone interviews (one with store manager and one with district manager) and the last one was in-person with the regional healthcare supervisor. All three interviews were enjoyable as far as interviews go. Everyone was very personable and tried to make me comfortable so that I may answer to the best of my ability.

A store manager and district manager asked a series of open ended questions. Be prepared with anecdotes of your experience. If you want to think about a question they allow you to skip and come back later.

Interview
There is a phone interview followed by an in person interview. I was then called again for another in person interview. It was a bit intimidating, as all interviewers are but they made me feel comfortable.
