I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walgreens (Jacksonville, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Very straight relaxed, I met with the hiring manager and talked a little about himself then asked me a few questions about myself. The interview is a structured interview process. They base their question off a questioner and score your answers. The candidate with the highest score gets the job.

What are your strengths and opportunities? Because they don't want to say weaknesses they use the word opportunities.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walgreens (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2014
Interview
The interviewer was friendly. She asked several basic situational questions. She said that more detailed responses would get higher scores. Overall the interview lasted about 20 minutes. After the interview, I didn't hear back from the company for a few weeks, at which point I received an email with a job offer.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walgreens (Miami, FL) in Aug 2014
Interview
2 person interview, pretty mechanical. Standard questions mainly related to prior work experience and how you solved a problem and some to gauge whether you will be a good fit for the current role. Required to take a test on the computer before interview and if you pass then a follow up interview will be scheduled. Test measures how quickly you process prescriptions. The quicker you process the happier they are.
