1:1 interview usually with store manager or district manager. Typically about 1 to 2 hours long. Situation based questions. Typically at the store your applying for or the company’s district office. Preparing is key to answering questions.

Pretty straight forward generic questions. Cookie cutter type of questions not really specific to pharmacy half the time. The others didn't seem to aim to get to know me that much better.
