It was a great experience. They had already filled the current position did not have a position at the location I applies. Therefore, the manager liked me as so much as to refer me and have me transfered to a location nearby that had an open position. They too interviewed me (both managers) The General Manager and the Pharmacy Manager, and like me as well, and offered me the position. Upon leaving (mostly because of scheduling) the asked if I would be willing to stay on and enter their Manager in Training Program, which I declined as I was going through a divorce and needed to stay in a stable location for my children. Managers in Training often have to move from store to store as a part of the diverse training process, which in my opinion is a plus and yet a big negative too.
