I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Walgreens (Deerfield, IL) in Feb 2015
Interview
Long roster of thorough interviews; started with several phone screens, HR, then hiring manager, then two key stakeholders, then 1/2 day of in person interviews; interviews were conducted over a few weeks and then offer was made shortly after the in-person interviews; I provided references but I don't think there was possibly enough time to check them in between when they were sent and when I received the offer; I requested and received a small signing bonus which I understand is not typical at Walgreens (at least in my function); they flexed on some PTO within first 90 days but would not budge on salary or title

Question 1
What recommendation would I provide to address a hypothetical business situation? Thorough questioning on exactly what I would do given very minimal information. I wasn't really sure if this was a technical test or a psychological test or both.

The interview process was very professional and friendly. I was greeted warmly when I arrived and by everyone that interviewed me. I thought the questions were very thoughtful and reasonable.
