A behavioral interview. The interviewer had a prepared list of questions. He gave me last year's questions because he didn't like this year's questions. We met in his sparsely furnished office in the back of the store. He had been stocking shelves and took time out of his work to interview me. He was relaxed. He apologized for the questions he had to ask.
