Interview
Quick and painless from HR to management. HR scheduled a phone interview, then an interview with manager and director then another interview with the senior director and then they called back with an offer.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Walgreens (Chicago, IL)
Interview
1. Call from Recruiter (walk me through your resume)
2. Call from the hiring manager
3. In person interview with 4 different Managers of the team, 30 minutes each
The interview was very easy and conversational.

Interview
Applied through website, heard back from a recruiter within a week or so. Did not end up calling at our agreed upon time, then got back to me later that day to reschedule to later that week: basic screening questions, could not offer much detail on the position. Seemed disorganized.
Second round was a call with the director/hiring manager, talked about the position, some example projects, my background, all pretty straightforward.
Third round was in person: several 30 minute sessions back to back with no break, and interviewers were mostly management level from various departments. Professionalism varied: some were engaged and personable, others were distant and condescending, one had a computer with her and did not look away from the screen for the duration of the interview. Only one session contained technical questions, but no actual skill assessment was administered.
Cookie cutter behavioral questions throughout. Last session was with director/hiring manager, with what appeared to be an impromptu case study given toward the end: poorly communicated and hard to follow with an abrupt cut at the end of our allotted time. Was told I would hear back within two weeks, but never did.
Started on a pretty disorganized note, in-person was not a great experience, and I did not even receive a simple canned rejection email. Given what the quant job market looks like these days, I would stay away from Walgreens and put the effort toward a company that treats candidates with respect.
