They are looking for examples and answers that show your work. They don't just want to know that you have positively impacted sales before, they want to know how you did it. They focus a lot on customer perspective.

Often interview by multiple superiors. Open ended questions. SAO format. Be ready to give very specific answers related to previous work/life experiences (situation, action, outcome). Don't be afraid to ask them to repeat the question or skip & circle back to it.

You are asked questions from a stuctured interview guide, by panel of 3-5 DMs and other operational leaders. Usually the HRG is present. You have to answer in situation, behavior, outcome format or you will be asked more questions.
