I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Bentonville, AR) in Apr 2017
Interview
the interview is very straight forward from a script with the choice of 4 of the 8 questions to be asked. Getting feedback at the end is very vague and very typical nothing. Does not seem very personable.

Question 1
describe a time when you had to overcome a difficult task
Initial contact was very quick, 3 days after applying. Conducted first interview over the phone on a Friday, it was based on several behavioral questions. I was called a few hours after first interview for a second on-site interview the next business day (Monday). After the second interview was complete I was told I would know no later then 3 days later. I followed up after 3 days to thank the interviewers for the opportunity and their time. I was informed then that a decision would be made by the end of the week (Friday) and I would be notified either way. It is now 3 weeks later and nothing back. A lot of companies claim a "professional" culture and leadership, but there is nothing professional about not informing the final candidate pool (I was told 4 of us) on the decision. A good leader/manager should possess the ability to deliver any kind of news.

I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Palestine, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
Alot of scenario based questions about completeing tasks. They think they are a military so if you are a veteran treat this place the same. There is a 3 interview process with the 3rd being the intervieq where you sign your contract. My AGM, 3 ops manager, and at least a dozen managers have been terminated in a year. This is a short term gig
