Walmart Area Manager interview questions

Interview consisted of phone and sit down interviews. Both consisted soley of STAR questions. The STAR questions are not difficult as long as you prepare in advance. Make sure to have answers prepared from multiple scenarios.

1 phone interview 1 Interview with HR manager and 2 operation managers Last interview are with AGM and GM Came in for interview after initial setup with HR team. Decided on date and came in prepared. All of the questions are centered on analytical thinking. The panel is based on a 3 manager interview and you're graded on how well you answer each question. The interview process with the AGM and GM is a bit more intimidating but stick to your background and experience and answer the questions as honestly as possible.
