Walmart Asset Protection Manager interview questions

The whole process took about two weeks.I had spoken briefly with an APM at another store after putting in the application for APM at my particular store. The APM put in a good word with the market manager and I received a request for a phone interview a week later from the market manager. The phone interview lasted about 25 minutes and was mildly difficult. I was told to expect to hear back after about a week. I had the interview on a Friday and got a call on the following Monday and was offered the job. I accepted and began the drug screen/background check process the same day.

was done on the phone. Phone interviews are difficult. You can't read someones reaction and or see facial expresstion. having an actual person in the room helps to relaxe the applicate. personal interaction, in my opinion is very important. A persons appearence says alot about them. If you work hard to look your best in an interview you will work hard to do your best at day to day tasks
