Behavioral interview. Use the star method. At least 9 questions. Always provide a result. Panel interview. Multiple interviews. Answers should be shaped around retail experience. Interviewed with the store manager and a shift Manager. Interview lasted about 45 minutes. Asked about previous experience. Asked why I wanted the job. The experience was stressful, but successful. It is very competitive.

Went to a local store to interview with the store manager and then was called back to interview with the Market Manager. Then I did a phone interview with a Market Human Resource person.

Interview
It was a smooth transition. The interview was by phone and the questions were straight forward and fair. Overall it took them a long time to contact me but it was worth the wait until I started working for the store.
