Walmart Assistant Store Manager interview questions

Not too bad. I was hired through an internship program. The questions were based on situations and how I would handle or perform under various conditions. Definitely required practicing before the interview. I first did a phone interview, then I was called to one of the stores for a 1:1 interview. The HR woman was very friendly and did not hide the fact that this would be a difficult position.

Two interviews. One is done by Market HR. The second one is done by Store Managers. But I felt as long as you passed the first, there is no doubt you will pass the second.
