Walmart Assistant Store Manager interview questions

Began with a phone interview asking basic background information. Then progressed to a panel interview which asked approximately 6 questions (each of which had sub-questions). Then approximately 2 weeks later a job offer, which was contingent upon a successful drug test, which had to be taken within 24 hours of job offer.

Had first Interview at university career fair. It went well had a second interview with the market manager and a few store managers in the market. The majority of the questions were situation questions. Had to wait over 30 days before i got an offer because they wanted me to start within a week of taking the drug test.
