Telephonic interview followed by a one to one interview with store manager. The first round they ask some behavioural questions that are same as asked in the initial assessment. In the second round they confirms your availability.

Well, the manager who interviewed me was far more interested in my attitude and future goals instead of my former experience and I thought that was really special. I was asked about past experiences in retail and about how I would handle situations. It was an easy interview but an interview I found to be more effective than a lot of other interviews I've had.
