Walmart Customer Service Manager interview questions

I was called within one week of applying through the corporate website and the phone interview lasted approximately 15 minutes. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview after my references were checked and the in-person was quite lengthy at 2 hours long. The in-person interview was a panel of store management asking various behavioural questions.

It is one question for any of the 4 interviews i have had with the company (to be hired, to transfer positions and to be promoted) But my hiring interview was a bit more nerve wracking because i didn't understand why after one question i was told they would be in touch. on my other 3 interviews i knew my interviewer and knew that I was more then likely going to be getting what I was interviewing for.
