Walmart Overnight Stocker interview questions

The interview was very short and only took about 10 minutes. The employer only asked basic questions about your reason for applying with the company aND how long you planned on working for the company

The questions they ask are repetitive. You have 3 interviews in one day one by an hourly supervisor one by salary and one by one of the top mgrs. The first two are about the same but the 2nd one is more in detail. The better detailed and SPECIFIC ANSWERS you give the better off you are DON'T give general answers. I've done some interviews so here are some of the Q's ;) Some questions will be like. Name a time you had to work as a team what was your job in the team and how did it help the team? Name a time you helped someone what did you do to help them and how did it help? Name a rule you think is important and why is it important? Name a rule u disagree with but followed anyways. Why did you follow it anyways? Some times you have to work fast and get the job right the 1st time. Tell me how you speed up your process and make sure the job is done correctly. Sometimes you have to show clear concern for someone when you help them. What did you do to help them and how did you show you cared? They ask some tough questions but I respect it as they are very professional to make sure you are right for the job.
