Walmart Overnight Stocker interview questions

1 Phone interview regarding behavioral questions and 1 In person interview. Process took about 2 weeks. Interviewed with day time assistant manager, and then the night shift supervisor. They want to get someone who's trustworthy and can do the work, there's lots of people working there who could not speak English properly, so if you can show them you want to do work, you'll be hired.

Straightforward and relaxed. They asked scenario questions related to the job basically. Depending on store need, I only had one interview and was sent for my drug test and pending background check, met with personnel to go through offer and what the pay would be. Started a week later for orientation.
