Walmart Sales Associate interview questions

Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer or situation? How did you react to issue, what steps did you take to resolve the issue, what was the end result? How would you resolve an issue with an employee making negative statements about another employee?

Well you come into the office where the interview is being held.Then they proceed to ask you question regarding your profile meaning your applications you filled out online,asking if all the infomation is correct,and after all of that is complete they then proceed into interviewing you with a series of questions that doesnt have anythang to do with wal-mart at all.the first interview was with a1:1 with a non salaried manager,and the next one is with a salaried manager.
