Wegmans Food Markets Stocker interview questions

Submitted resume, received an email to set up phone interview. Very easy, asked simple behaviorals. They are looking for people who will be able to work throughout the year and not students who will only work during the summer.

Interview process is far too robotic and involved for the level of work. A multi-stage interview process for such a simple job while the store struggles for employees is counterintuitive.
