I got an email to schedule a phone intervoew. First interview with the Recruiter, Second interview with the Manager, Both of the interviews were phone interviews. Third was Job Offer

Tell me something about yourself. Why did you want to join this company?
Involved simple steps but took too long to schedule the rounds. Went through a consultancy for customer service domain non voice (chat and email) process. Basic screening round, versant round and final operations round.
I applied and didn’t hear until about a month later. I had a phone interview, and then was scheduled for a in person interview. It took about a week to get a response. Then it took a month to start working
