Wells Fargo Branch Manager interview questions

The interview process is in the STAR format which was different than any other interview but I believe because of this interview it has allowed me to think of how to answer differently when in an interview. S=Situation( what was the situation) T=Task( What was the task at hand) A=Action( What action did you take) R=Result

Recruiting interview first, if qualifications are met and depending on job position you will then have either have a panel interview or direct manger. In some instances you may potentially be asked to have a 2nd panel interview.
