Good interview, interviewed with 2 employees, asked situational questions. Use the STAR method to answer the questions. One interviewer tried to distract me by acting he was on his phone, but I continued on with my response to the question,

Scenario based questions, just be clear about what it was, what you did, and follow up. Questions involved coaching, handling customer complaints, risk management, handling multiple tasks at once and mobile engagement.

Three round phone interview with recruiter, DM, and senior manager. Apply online and wait to hear from recruiter. Upon interview, you will receive correspondence within a few business days. Overall, very standard. No in person interviews due to COVID-19 protocols.
