Involved simple steps but took too long to schedule the rounds. Went through a consultancy for customer service domain non voice (chat and email) process. Basic screening round, versant round and final operations round.
I applied and didn’t hear until about a month later. I had a phone interview, and then was scheduled for a in person interview. It took about a week to get a response. Then it took a month to start working

Easy and fast. Went through a phone interview and was hired on the spot. The interviewer asked fairly simple questions. The overall process was not tedious at all and felt very comfortable.
