i went through colg campus .it was a pool drive ,students from many colleges had attended that drive .first was online written test which consists of aptitude ,resoning and english and also at the end typying test second was operation manager round he ask qeution based on economics ,accounts,finance,aptitude third round was again 2nd opertion round this time 2 manager have taken it thy asked the same qeution based on accounts aptitude, finance and economics . i could not not clear that so didnot attended final hr round .

Phone screen, then case study, then in-person meeting with 6 people. Fairly easy, know EBITDA, Cash Flow, and industry analysis. A fair amount of personality questions to make sure I was a culture fit as well. They will ask why wf vs. other banks as well.
