They came for an on campus interview which was pretty basic, but it included some basic finance questions. Second interview was a self-assessment which was actually a writing test in disguise. The third round interviews were held in the office and were mainly about meeting all of the different people you'd be working with and getting their approval.

First round through school, got a call back the same day saying i advanced to the second round taking place the next week.
