Wells Fargo Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Waiting room, wait. Called to do LEAP test. Then to a room not sure if the group shrank but it seemed like we passed. Group session next to fill out forms, etc but it was after this step they pulled me out. Can you come back to interview for a higher level role, I followed up twice never got a call back, was really surprised as it all seemed very professional.

Three parts of the interview process. First was a phone screen. Second was an interview with two superiors. Third was a last personality exam with same superiors.
