Wells Fargo Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

Three rounds of interview 1st round was Screening 2nd round was Written test to test coding ability 3rd round was F2F Interview Overall it was a good experience. All interviewers were friendly and supportive.

One round initial call with a recruiter to verify past experiences and a few other standard questions. I had a one-hour panel interview with 2 Managers, 1 tech lead, and a Business Analyst. Was a pretty standard STAR interview. What would you do when a situation and have to have mentorship experience and some Java/Spring technical questions? Not too hard technical at all. Very unprofessional experience. After the interview, I do not hear back from them at all. When I follow up, the recruiter kept saying they are interviewing other candidates. After 2 weeks suddenly out of blue they said they want to offer me. They came a little short of my range and the negotiation was going on for about 3 days. Suddenly the recruiter came back again and said the position is on hold. They told me they are rescinding offers throughout the company. I had another offer and I almost let that job slip just waiting for them. Looking back now I think their intention was never to hire.
