Second interview is with the branch manager and most likely another manager (service manager, store manager, or district manager)
Overall they are focus on specifics. So you want to be sure that you have actual examples. Don't generalize. If you are giving examples of sales accomplishments be specific and include numbers in your accomplishments

Went online and filled out the survey, got a call 2 days later to come in and do a one on one with the store manager, and I'm in limbo still for what their decision is. It's been about 4 days since the face to face.

The group interview they make you pretend sale a mock product, when there's not really enough time to share your sales experience. The other interviews are like cattle calls, you go from one room to the next interviewing with different branch managers and you don't really have time to connect or ask the right questions.
