I once had a screen call with them for a financial analyst position. The HR person liked my qualifications and forwarded my resume to the hiring manger. Called the next day only to tell me that the hiring manager wants some one to "start contributing right away" and "needs more experienced analyst". What the hell was this? This even wasn't a senior level FA position. If they want the analyst to have immediate impact, why not hire internally? This company will not respect you or your time. Look elsewhere, don't waste your time.

The interview process was quick and efficient. First interview was with my manager and his manager. Second round was with the FD. Both interviews conducted on same day. Make sure you ask in the interview who your manager will be.

I had a first interview with the recruiter, and proceeded with a technical interview that went very well. Then the third interview, that was supposed to be with the hiring…. Big confusion of the job offer… They confirmed that there was not the right person with i was supposed to have that interview and promised to get contacted soon. Actually, it was « soon », but it was a email to decline my application… with no explanation
