Western Union interview questions

Interview process for Senior Analyst role was very impressive. All rounds of interviews were done in a single day. There were about 4 rounds of interviews taken by two analysts, one Manager and one Vice President. All of them have been very humble and supportive. A call was received within a week of applying and interview dates were scheduled as per my convenience. Post all the interviews in a single day (3-4hrs), a call was received the very next day declaring the results. HR will request for past payslips and asks for your salary demands. Within 2-3 days they will send you an offer letter.

Very through. A lot of technical questions. The HR questions were very bland. They were about leadership style and communicating with people: What is your leadership style? Describe a situation where you dealt with conflict? How would you deal with an underperformer?
