Interview
Initial HR discussion to understand the skillset and location preferences.
Technical round.
HR discussion to formalize the salary and other benefits.
They provide the candidate with an offer which is conditional based on client interview.
If during the client interview, the feedback is negative, they reject the offer.
The entire process itself takes 4 months - from the initial HR call to offer to client interview scheduling. A laid back approach. I held my patience till the very end.

Interview
Walk in interview held at Ahmedabad location. After long awaiting in the queue one on one interview held. Recruitment team was active and responsive. Decent behavior from interviewer. After completion of interview, recruitment team informed that technical round is clear and you will have HR round in seven days. Also asked to give the reference name of the present company. They confirmed that they will not approach the references until their offer is almost certain.

Interview
Easy, relaxed panel, consisting of domain manager hiring for her team and an HR manager. All questions around what you have done, your personality and communication skills. Confidence and ability to express yourself clearly and with conviction are the main evaluation criteria. They don't look for any specific domain knowledge or in-depth technical stuff.
