Interview
The interview was very relaxed. They only worry about communication skills and are not very particular about technical knowledge as everything required for the job will be taught again. There is an aptitude round which is easy.

Question 1
HR: Are you ready to shift to Kolkata? (I am from Bangalore)
The selection process consists of three rounds. Two face-to-face interviews focus on your introduction, past work experience, and how you handled challenges, while also evaluating communication and confidence. The final round is an exam that tests your role-related knowledge, problem-solving ability, and overall suitability for the position.
Application process, preliminary call, shortlisting, interview, technical interbiew, hr call, salary negotiation , final round call with senior manager or directors team , then final salary call again. So it went pretty well.
Very descriptive but interesting, They made us feel comfortable as well. Good Environment and good interview mechanism, structure is great - very well organized and very professional. 4 rounds and good structure
