Interview
On late 2025, The HR (male) called me for an interview for the inventory planning position. From what I recall, I had received calls for this position several times during the year for the same position, but none got converted after the first screening round, with the exception of this one, which got converted to a virtual interview round. My first post-screening round was set for July 7th, and on that same day, I received confirmation that I had been shortlisted and would proceed to the managerial round, which was set for July 9th. Following several rounds of follow-up, I received confirmation on July 17th that I had been shortlisted and have to be near by smartphone at all times for the final round of interview.
Post this communication HR abandoned me and stopped answering my emails and WhatsApp texts. At one point, I thought they might have rejected my résumé or the position is on hold and HR was unable to share the same information with me. On August 7th, after I had given up, HR called me again to let me know that I had been shortlisted and to check if I could start next week (in my case August 11), as well as to clarify the location.
As of August 18th, I have not received an invitation to the final round of discussions or other relevant details from HR regarding the interview process. Meanwhile, During all this time another HR( female) contacted me to schedule my interview for the same position for which I told them that as i am already in touch another HR for the same opened position.
