I recently attended an interview for a Software Testing (Manual) role. The process was smooth and well-coordinated by the HR team. First, I got a call from HR to confirm my details and availability. They were polite and clearly explained the next steps.
The second round was a technical interview where I was asked questions about basic manual testing concepts like SDLC, STLC, bug life cycle, test case writing, and a few scenario-based questions. The interviewer was friendly and gave me time to think before answering.
After that, there was a short HR round about salary, joining date, and document submission. Overall, the experience was very positive, and the panel made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
