Interview
The "Elite NLTH" hiring process has two main stages. First, an online exam at exam centers nationally and if you clear that, an interview process of two rounds, technical and HR.
The online exam requires fair knowledge of quantitative aptitude and programming in C/C++/Java/Python. You had to solve two programming questions. I remember one of the questions needed to be solved using stack and I did. That seems to be a common theme in Wipro Elite NLTH, so brush up on your basic DS! Once you clear that, you'll get an interview invite.
If you're confident about your technical and HR skills, the interviews will be a breeze. However you must be confident in both. The interviewers were pretty nice and welcoming and the whole process was smooth and exciting. Very positive experience overall. I got the offer the very next morning over email and accepted it shortly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Depending on your resume, they usually start off by asking about your project(s). They'll ask you questions from the technologies and languages you've used for that project. For example I had been asked about Java and Python because I had two projects in those mentioned on my resume. Differences between list and tuples, stack and heap, compiled and native languages, GET and POST, etc. This was the TR.
If you qualify this, you'll move on to the HR round. There you'll be asked to introduce yourself, ask any questions you may have, your interests and hobbies, your work location preferene and whether you're open to relocation.
