The first round was Group discussion , after which you're allowed to write an aptitude test followed by Technical and finally HR interview. As a fresher you need to be good in communication , aptitude and minimum technical skills about one programming language atleast , one OS.

Nothing to say i was called for hr round two times and the round lasted for more than 30 minutes still they did not hire me. I dont know what they were expecting or what skills do they need. I answered all of their questions confidentially.

First shirtlisting was bases on online test followed by two rounds of interviews,one technical and the other one hr.Technical interview mostly revolved around the project and went on for about 25 mins with light technical questions.
